Eminence OS is one system that does what your subscriptions do today, CRM, bookings, invoicing, payments, client portal, support and reporting, designed around how your business actually runs. It starts with a two-hour session where we map that properly.
Subscriptions a typical build replaces
Mapping your business before anything is built
Yours: the system, the data, the decisions

Every tool you subscribe to was designed for the average of thousands of companies. None of them were designed for yours, so you absorb the difference in workarounds, double entry and spreadsheets holding the gaps together.
A short eligibility questionnaire instead of a sales call. It tells you straight away whether a custom OS is likely to pay for itself in a business like yours, and if it is not, it says so. No calendar, no pitch.

A paid working session where we map your business end to end: how work actually moves through it, every system you pay for, where the double entry happens, and what it is costing you. You leave with a written map of your own business, whether or not you build with us.

We scope the OS against that map and build it module by module, reviewing each part with you and the people who will use it daily. Nothing gets built off an assumption we have not checked with you.

We move your data across, connect the systems you are keeping, run alongside your old tools until you are confident, train your team, then help you cancel the subscriptions it replaces.

Everything below is in the package today. It is not a roadmap.
The software is shaped to the way your business already works, including the parts that make it different. No workarounds, no fields you leave blank because they belong to someone else's business.
CRM, bookings, quoting, invoicing, payments, client portal, support and files in one system, instead of a subscription and a login for each.
Your team works out of one place, with permissions that match the roles you actually have, rather than remembering which tool holds which half of the answer.
Add staff without adding licences. Growing your team stops being a line item that grows your software bill with it.
It is your system and your database. Nothing is locked behind an export limit or a plan tier, and nobody can change the terms on you.
Dashboards built around the numbers your business actually runs on, pulled from one source instead of stitched together from four exports.
Years of shipping production software for businesses that cannot afford downtime or a system that quietly loses a job. Replacing the tools a company runs on is serious work, and it is the standard we hold every Eminence OS build to.

Neither costs you anything, and neither puts you on a call.
Because it is two hours of real work that produces something of value on its own. We map your processes, audit what you are spending across your subscriptions, and write it up properly. You keep that report whether or not you build with us. Charging for it also means the businesses who book it are serious, which is better for both of us.
A written map of how your business runs, process by process; an audit of every system you pay for and what it costs you annually; the specific places where double entry and manual workarounds are eating time; and a scoped proposal with a fixed quote to build your OS. The map is yours to keep and use regardless of what you decide.
We tell you, and we refund the session fee. Sometimes the honest answer is that off-the-shelf tools fit a business well enough and the money is better spent elsewhere. We would rather say that than take on a build that will not pay for itself.
It depends entirely on what your business needs, which is exactly what the discovery session establishes. We will not quote a number before understanding your processes, because any number we gave you now would be guesswork. What we can tell you is that you get a fixed quote at the end of discovery, before you commit to anything.
No, and most businesses should not. We usually start with the part of your business causing the most pain, get you running on it, then expand. The map we build in discovery is what lets us sequence that sensibly instead of attempting the whole thing in one go.
Things like Xero, payroll and specialist compliance tools usually stay. They do a specific regulated job well and there is no sense rebuilding them. We connect your OS to them so information flows automatically instead of being typed in twice. What we replace is the generic middle layer: CRMs, booking tools, job trackers, portals and the spreadsheets holding it together.
You do. It is your system and your data. You are not renting access to a platform we control, and we cannot raise a per-seat price on you or change the terms later. Hosting and ongoing support are quoted separately and are yours to continue or not.
We migrate it across as part of the build. We will tell you upfront if any of your current tools make extraction difficult, because that occasionally shapes the sequencing. Nothing gets switched off until your data is in the new system and you have confirmed it is right.
It depends on scope, which discovery determines. We work in modules and get you using each part as it is ready, rather than disappearing for months and returning with everything at once. You will have a realistic timeline in the proposal.
They will, and that is rather the point of owning your software. Changes get made to fit how you work now, instead of waiting for a vendor to add a feature or working around the fact that they never will.
No two businesses get the same system, so we do not quote one before understanding yours. The discovery session is a paid working session that produces a written map of your business and a scoped, fixed quote to build against it.
Introductory price for the two-hour discovery session, credited against your build if you proceed.
Fixed price. No hidden extras.
Run the five-question check further up the page. If replacing your stack is the wrong move for your business right now, we would rather tell you that than sell you a build.
We agree payment terms with you before any work starts, so there are no surprises. In return, we ask that you:
